Senior Manager, OEM Technical Support

LBP New Products Development Support

- Cooperate with Client and Canon Japan to achieve the development of new products on both engines and cartridges

- Investigation on problems relating Client testing and conduct measurements required for development

- Conducting rework engines or cartridges when needed

- Connect and report between Client and Canon Japan, relating schedule, concept and technical issues for each program

Current Products Quality Support

- Cooperate with Client and Canon Japan to confirm the status of quality issues and to solve

- Report status to Canon Japan on urgent issues

- Connect communications between Client and Canon Japan

Market survey for New Products Development

- Conduct market research when necessary

- Cooperate with other optimal sections of canon Sg internally or other Canon group companies for each case

- Report results to Canon Japan

Job Requirement

• Minimum 20 years working experience.
• Minimum 15 years printer related R&D experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field is required.
• Possess good knowledge of R&D.
• Good project management skill.
• Strong organizational and leadership skill.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication in both English & Japanese as this role will need to liaise frequently with head office in Japan.
