Senior Manager, Nursing Home #HGN

Key Responsibilities

A. Resident Experience & Operations

- Oversee hospitality operations and ensure seamless service delivery across dining, housekeeping, and laundry

- Deliver a personalized, high-touch experience aligned with resident needs and preferences

- Gather feedback from residents and NOK, analyse trends, resolve issues, and drive improvements

B. Dining Services & Nutrition

- Oversee menu planning and food service in collaboration with Nutritionist and care teams

- Ensure meals meet dietary, nutritional, and quality standards

- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience

C. Cost Management & Procurement

- Manage budgets and monitor cost per resident day

- Oversee sourcing of food and hospitality supplies

- Drive cost efficiency while maintaining service quality

E. Service Standards & Improvement

- Enforce service standards, SOPs, and attention to detail across all hospitality functions

- Conduct regular checks on service delivery, cleanliness, and overall environment

- Drive continuous improvement using feedback and operational data

F. Team Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop the hospitality team to deliver service excellence

- Ensure training and development to uphold service quality and standards

- Build a strong, resident-first service culture

G. Problem Resolution

- Act as escalation point for resident and NOK issues

- Manage service lapses and recover experience in a timely and professional manner

- Make sound, real-time decisions to resolve issues and maintain service standards

Job Requirements

- Degree in Hospitality or related field

- Food Safety certification preferred

- More than 5 years of relevant experience

- Proven track record in operations and team leadership

- Able to work Sunday to Thursday, Office Hours

- Hospitality operations (F&B, housekeeping, laundry)

- Food safety and regulatory standards
