Support MDOT cyber security topics such as policies, standards, guidelines and maintenance while facilitating engagement and collaboration with various stakeholders in public healthcare sector, government and industry.
Coordinate or support joint agency (across ministries, agencies and private sector entities) initiative(s) to ensure their successful implementation. This includes preparation of project materials, communication, activity & budget tracking, reporting of progress and highlighting potential dependencies and issues which could impact timelines and quality of deliverables.
Engage and drive alignment with stakeholders including but not limited to MOH, Synapxe and MOHH entities CIOs, CISOs and other functional leaders.
Conduct cybersecurity campaigns, policies adherence program and innovative activities to increase compliance, risk posture and instill cyber risk awareness culture in making decisions.
Provide technical expertise for the evaluation of evolving risk trend, emerging technologies, regulation changes and changing threat landscape.
Render expertise and support proactively to ensure policies, standards, guidelines remain relevant and fit-for-purpose.
Maintain effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and regulators to seamlessly integrate the program initiatives and outcome into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the sector.
Demonstrate your domain expertise you are expected to further your own knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, presenting, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with over 14 years of experience.
Recognized industry leading certifications in relevant areas such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, and GIAC certifications.
