Job Description

This is the operator who makes the marketing stack run and brings AI into every workflow. You will own the day-to-day of HubSpot and Salesforce, the lifecycle and ABM execution layer, the reporting infrastructure, and the AI tooling that compresses the work the team does.

You inherit a working stack (HubSpot + Salesforce), a sales motion that does not yet tag attribution consistently, and a team of marketers who want AI in their workflow. Your job is to take the architecture defined by the VP, and make it real — instrumented, reliable, and used every day.

What you will own:

  • Marketing technology execution. Day-to-day ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce admin, integrations, paid media platforms, and the reporting layer. Keep the stack running, keep the data clean.
  • Attribution model — operate, instrument, and improve. The model is set by the VP; you work with marketing team stakeholders as well as internal Corp IT team to make sure it runs, the data flows, the dashboards are accurate, and the reporting cycle never slips.
  • Automated reporting infrastructure. Replace the monthly handcrafted slide deck with an auto-generated performance report.
  • AI-augmented workflow execution. Working with internal IT dept, take the AI tools and embed them into each marketer's daily work — content production, account research, social, analyst engagement, programme operations. Find new small wins as the team's needs evolve.
  • ABM execution. Own the paid LinkedIn programme, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement infrastructure that supports the acquisition-track CISO programming and the regional revenue line.

What success looks like:

  • Diagnostic delivered: state of the stack, attribution data, integration gaps.
  • HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integration in flight under the agreed plan.
  • Auto-generated monthly performance report live.
  • Attribution model operating reliably; the regional revenue line is reportable with source confidence.
  • At least three AI workflows in daily use across the marketing team.
  • Paid LinkedIn ABM programme producing measurable acquisition-track meetings.

What you bring:

  • 4–6 years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or revenue operations, in a B2B or enterprise environment. Cybersecurity, professional services, or technology services experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on, day-to-day operator in HubSpot and Salesforce. Comfortable in the reporting layer (HubSpot dashboards, Salesforce reports, light SQL or BI tooling) and the integration layer (Zapier, n8n, native APIs).
  • Hands-on with AI tooling in production marketing workflows — HubSpot AI, Zapier AI, n8n, custom GPTs, prompt-driven research workflows. Willingness to go deeper as the team's tooling matures.
  • Experience operating an attribution model in an environment where sales and marketing don't yet speak the same data language. You don't need to have designed one — you need to have kept one running and credible.
  • Operational discipline. The reporting cycle ships on time. The integration doesn't break silently. The dashboard the leadership team looks at every Monday is correct.
  • Comfortable in a small senior team where the title means accountability for the work, not span of control over others.
