Drive business development for passive device and interconnect with vast industry knowledge and market experience.
Achieve profitable revenue growth and market expansion for assigned product lines.
Work closely with product development teams to identify and support new product development such as applications in AI, India and other strategic market.
Collaborate with factories and R&D Teams in Japan to ensure business alignments.
Responsible for monthly forecasting of orders, shipments and profitability as well as annual budgeting for assigned product lines.
Participate in commercial negotiations with key customers to support customer acquisition, retention and market share growth.
Job Requirements/Skills
IT literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to produce necessary reports and other documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages across internal and external stakeholders
Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
Independent, proactive and able to take ownership of responsibilities with professionalism and integrity

Proficiency in Japanese (spoken& written) is required to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking factories, R&D teams, business stakeholders who primarily communicate in Japanese
Frequent international travel(which may be on a weekly basis, depending on business needs) is required.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience as sales or product marketing in either ceramic capacitor or crystal industry.
At least 3 years of experience of international work experience with exposure to cross- border stakeholder management and customer engagement across multiple countries
At least 3 years of managerial experience, with responsibility of leading and managing multiple subordinates
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification
