- Basic Salary: $6500 - $8200
- Location: Kent Ridge
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
- AWS + Performance Bonus + Yearly Increment
Job Responsibilities
- Support hospital design planning and provide input to improve patient journeys and experience.
- Lead planning discussions for Tengah Hospital's clinical services, infrastructure and resources.
- Work with consultants, planners and stakeholders on service flow design and project planning.
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Prepare user briefs, operational guidelines and workflow processes.
- Develop business cases for infrastructure planning and funding approvals.
- Monitor project progress, provide updates and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare reports for management and hospital committees.
- Lead activities related to Public Healthcare development.
- Implement operational models aligned with hospital services, budget and guidelines.
- Handle administrative duties such as meeting coordination, minutes, filing and documentation.
- Manage procurement and payment requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in healthcare operations (more experience may be considered for Senior Manager).
- Preferably with SOC/OT background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Self-driven, analytical and resourceful with good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
