Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Manager to lead and support the workforce transformation initiatives that shape the future workforce while fostering an inclusive, equitable, and high-performing organizational culture. This role is responsible for driving workforce planning, organizational change, talent transformation, and DE&I programs that support business priorities and employee engagement.
The successful candidate will play a key role in collaborating with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement workforce strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, build future-ready capabilities, and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Transformation
- Partner with business and HR leaders to develop and execute workforce transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including capability assessments, skills mapping, future workforce forecasting, and talent mobility programs.
- Identify workforce trends and emerging skill requirements to support digital transformation and business growth.
- Design and implement change management plans to facilitate workforce transitions and adoption of new operating models.
- Drive initiatives focused on workforce agility, productivity, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Utilize workforce analytics and insights to inform decision-making, recommend changes and measure transformation outcomes.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development team to build future-ready capabilities and reskilling/upskilling programs.
- Study the emerging trends and changes in the Tourism industry that would impact workforce transformation and organizational development
Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)
- Develop and execute D&I strategies, frameworks, and programs aligned with organizational objectives and values.
- Partner with talent acquisition and business leaders to strengthen diverse hiring, succession planning, and talent development practices.
- Lead initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Monitor and analyze diversity metrics, employee feedback, and inclusion indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate DE&I awareness programs, workshops, and leadership engagement initiatives.
- Support Employee Resource Groups and inclusion networks to enhance employee participation and representation.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to review policies, practices, and processes through a diversity and inclusion lens.
- Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative approaches to enhance organizational DE&I maturity.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, HR teams, and external partners.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations on workforce and DE&I initiatives.
- Establish governance mechanisms and performance metrics to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in workforce transformation, organizational development, change management, talent strategy, DE&I, or human capital consulting.
- Experience designing and delivering DE&I strategies and programs in a complex organization.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
