Senior Manager / Manager, Training and Partnership Development

Role Overview
Drive workforce capability development in advanced manufacturing by shaping training strategies, evaluating course effectiveness, identifying industry needs and gaps, and building strong partnerships with training providers and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead the review and enhancement of training programmes to ensure alignment with evolving industry needs, emerging technologies, and best practices in areas such as Industry 4.0, AI, and sustainable manufacturing

. Identify skills gaps and emerging training demand by analysing industry trends and mapping of the training landscape across sectors

. Facilitate the development and continuous improvement of new or customised training programmes in collaboration with IHLs and training providers

. Establish and manage partnerships to expand the reach, adoption, and impact of training

Requirements

. Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field Fresh graduates with a strong passion for workforce capability development are encouraged to apply

. Good understanding of Singapore's workforce training ecosystem and Skills Framework (SSG)

. Knowledge and skills in training programme development, curriculum design, or workforce capability building

. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing domains (e.g. digitalisation, AI, smart manufacturing, sustainability) Knowledge and practical skills in AI tools (e.g. data analytics, automation, generative AI) will be an added advantage.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate industry needs into impactful programmes

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging industry and training providers

. Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven to deliver meaningful impact
