Job Responsibilities

Create and implement long term sourcing strategies, KPIs and provide leadership to team of category buyers for Food & Beverage categories.
Manage sourcing and category management activities.
In charge of responsible procurement and driving initiatives for the organisation
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders as well as strategic suppliers
Build, mentor and guide team members to foster capabilities in delivering excellence in sourcing

Job Requirements

Degree from reputable institution with 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and meet tight timelines and KPIs
Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather technical requirements
Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, business acumen and contract drafting skills
Resourceful and strong leader with good problem solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge in SAP/ Ariba S2P (Source to Pay) and Reverse Auction tool is a plus
