Programme Development & Engagement

- Lead the design and implementation of youth transition programmes that address emerging needs, leveraging data insights and best practices to enhance effectiveness.

- Build sectoral capability by developing training materials, toolkits and resources in collaboration with partners and subject matter experts.

- Plan and execute events, workshops and large-scale programmes that upskill the sector, facilitate networking, and bring together youth, mentors and community stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management

- Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with government agencies, educational institutions, corporates and community partners to address identified youth needs and systemic gaps.

- Orchestrate engagement strategies for mentors, mentees, youth-at-large and partners, including marketing and communications campaigns for both inbound and outbound partnership leads.

- Drive cross-sector collaborations to create integrated support systems for youth in transition.

- Engage youth directly to understand their evolving needs and co-create relevant, impactful solutions.

Grant & Resource Management

- Oversee the administration of grants and funding schemes supporting youth transition initiatives.

- Evaluate funding applications to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, while maintaining proper governance, accountability and impact measurement.
