The Senior Manager/Manager will:
- Lead local oncology value, access and pricing strategies across the product lifecycle
- Drive HTA and reimbursement submissions, value dossiers and evidence generation activities
- Develop payer-focused value propositions and funding strategies
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across medical, commercial, regulatory and regional/global market access teams
- Monitor healthcare policy, pricing and reimbursement developments and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Lead pricing governance, tender strategy and innovative patient access initiatives
- Support launch readiness and long-range portfolio planning from an access perspective
To be shortlisted for the role, you will come with:
- 5–8+ years experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing, Reimbursement or related functions within pharmaceuticals/biotech
- Strong understanding of Singapore healthcare systems, payer frameworks and oncology access pathways.
- Hands-on experience with HTA submissions, evidence generation and pricing strategy
- Familiarity with APAC or international HTA frameworks will be of added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders
