Senior Manager / Manager, Marketing Communications - Capitol Singapore & CHIJMES

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand visibility and business growth
• Plan, create and execute high-impact advertising, marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and promotional activities
• Develop and implement the annual marketing budget and calendar, tracking the effectiveness and return of investments
• Identify new marketing trends, technologies, and audience behaviors to keep the brand ahead of the curve and drive meaningful customer engagement
• Liaise with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all projects and events
• Enhance customer experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive patron traffic and increase tenant sales
• Maximise the mall's casual leasing revenue through the leasing of atrium spaces, road show spaces, media spaces and push-carts
• Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and garner their participation in the mall's marcom activities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or relevant discipline
• At least 4 years experience in a similar role with proven track record in various marketing platforms and channels
• Possess an innovative mindset and willing to challenge the status quo to drive results
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
