Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed technical solutions.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business requirements.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on technical matters and best practices.
Analyze data to uncover insights and trends that drive business decisions.
Develop Test cases and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven with at least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Scrum.
End-to-end Implementation experience in different domains - Civil Engineering or Hospitality Industry.
Good configuration knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project System structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Material Management and Purchasing, Financial and Controlling modules.
Must have completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
Experience on complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement.
Basic programming skills, the ability to read and code review complex code base.
Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.
