Job Description

The Senior Manager/Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic on-ground initiatives to enhance guest experience, drive in-park revenue, and strengthen brand storytelling. The Senior Manager/Manager will lead a team to deliver activations, and events while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, entertainment, retail, and F&B teams.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the in-park experience strategy aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
  • Design seasonal campaigns, themed activations, and experiential marketing initiatives to drive attendance and spending.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest engagement through immersive storytelling and innovative experiences.

Campaigns, Events & Activations

  • Lead the planning and execution of supporting in-park events.
  • Oversee all in-park branding elements including signage, installations, digital displays, and themed environments.

Guest Experience & Engagement

  • Drive initiatives that enhance the overall guest journey and satisfaction.
  • Partner with operations and frontline teams to ensure effective communication of promotions.
  • Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve engagement strategies.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the in-park and creative team.
  • Allocate resources and manage workload to ensure smooth execution of multiple projects.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated on global theme park trends, experiential marketing, and entertainment innovations.
  • Introduce new technologies and creative concepts to enhance guest immersion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in theme parks, attractions, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in leading campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible hours (including weekends and holidays).
