Perform Post-Approval Credit Reviews across the Bank's key business segments, including Global Banking, CMG), and Retail Banking.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Sector Reviews covering selected industries, as well as Special and Ad Hoc Reviews to address emerging risks and areas of concern.
- Engage proactively with Business Units and key stakeholders throughout the review process to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide independent assessments of:
- Compliance with credit policies and procedures;
- The quality and effectiveness of credit underwriting standards; and
- The robustness of account management practices and governance frameworks.
- Identify control gaps, risk issues, and areas for enhancement, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen credit risk management.
- Monitor and track the implementation of agreed action plans, ensuring timely follow-up and closure by the respective stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or Business Administration
- 15+ years of credit / lending experience
- Experience in the corporate/commercial credit space, with emphasis on knowledge of trade / working capital financing products
- Knowledge / experience in credit underwriting and compliance/regulatory issues
