As a Senior Manager/Manager (Corporate Communications), you will be an integral part of the CAAS Corporate Communications division which oversees and drives the strategic storytelling process, reinforcing and safeguarding public perception of its role as both the champion of Singapore's aviation sector and trusted regulatory authority.
What You Will Be Working On
Corporate Branding and Governance
- Serve as a brand custodian by providing oversight and guidance on brand application to ensure a consistent and unified brand identity.
- Drive and oversee branding initiatives by assessing brand relevance, identifying gaps and working with appointed agencies to ensure consistent and aligned brand application.
- Monitor and analyse CAAS brand health, including conducting brand perception research to strengthen brand equity.
- Oversee the development of corporate publications and branding materials to support consistent brand application.
Marketing Communications and Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated branding and marketing communications campaigns to support corporate, sectoral and employer branding objectives.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to shape narratives, messaging and overall communications directions ensuring alignment with CAAS brand positioning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of branding and marketing initiatives and apply insights to strengthen future efforts.
Exhibitions and Events
- Conceptualise and develop the CAAS showcase/booth at major events, ensuring alignment with CAAS brand narrative and objectives.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high‑quality branded experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate individual who is able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires agility and responsiveness to the needs of multiple stakeholders, while managing differing priorities at the same time.
- Trained in Mass Communications, Journalism or related fields.
- At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in corporate branding, marketing communications and events management, preferably within the public sector.
- A strategic and creative thinker with hands-on experience in executing branding and marketing campaigns.
- Strong content development expertise with the ability to frame and package complex issues into simple, compelling narratives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate and mobilise partners towards common objectives.
- An independent and self-motivated individual who takes ownership of deliverables and is committed to high standards of execution.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva and Figma as well as familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
