Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Clinical Operations professional to support the planning and development of a new-generation healthcare campus. This role plays a key part in clinical service planning, infrastructure development, and operational readiness.

You will work across multidisciplinary teams to design service workflows, optimize patient journeys, enhance patient experience, and ensure operational models are aligned with long-term healthcare strategy. This is a high-impact role suited for someone comfortable navigating complexity and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical service planning, infrastructure development, and resource planning initiatives.

  • Participate in and contribute subject matter expertise during user engagement workshops throughout the hospital design and development process.

  • Develop service flow designs and operational planning parameters aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with consultants, medical planners, and internal stakeholders to translate clinical requirements into workable operational models.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather user requirements, test operational assumptions, and refine service delivery frameworks.

  • Develop end-user briefs, operational guidelines, workflows, and documentation to support new care models.

  • Prepare business cases and supporting documentation for infrastructure expansion and funding approvals.

  • Track, monitor, and consolidate updates from multiple workstreams provide regular management reports and escalate issues proactively.

  • Support the implementation of operational models in alignment with approved budgets and governance frameworks.

  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and maintain proper documentation and shared filing systems.

  • Manage procurement and payment processes related to assigned projects.

  • Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare operations or healthcare service planning.

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflow design, service planning, and operational readiness frameworks.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at different organizational levels.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hospital development, infrastructure planning, or large-scale healthcare transformation projects.

  • Experience preparing business cases and presenting to senior governance committees.

  • Familiarity with operational modeling and healthcare service simulation approaches.
