What The Role Is
You will support the Regulatory Compliance Division to safeguard and improve the safety and welfare of the public in our evolving healthcare landscape, through an effective and efficient regulatory regime. You will also be involved in the review and development of licensing-related policies and processes, to effect strong regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector.
You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What You Will Be Working On
You will be part of the Licensing Team that will continuously strive to enhance service providers awareness of our national healthcare regulatory policies. You will contribute to the development, design and implementation of the appropriate systems and processes to support healthcare licensing. You will also work with stakeholders to identify gaps, e.g., through feedback on systems, processes and operations, and highlight areas for quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies to ensure robust regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector.
- Monitor and evaluate regulatory frameworks to ensure alignment with national healthcare objectives.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support policy formulation and decision-making.
- Respond promptly to emerging issues, demonstrating agility and sound judgment in handling complex situations.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong writing and good communication/engagement skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders in the healthcare licensing eco-system
- Strong critical thinking abilities to develop new strategies and enhance existing processes
- A proactive and alert mindset, capable of thinking on your feet and adapting to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Able to work independently and in a team
- At least 2 years of working experience with relevant skillsets preferred
- A keen interest in Singapore's healthcare policies and landscape
- Relevant qualifications in public policy, healthcare management, or related fields are advantageous.
- Operational experience in the healthcare sector, with good project management skills or experience in quality service management and stakeholder management preferred
