Responsibilities:
- Lead M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, conceptual design, technical requirements, budgeting, programming, procurement, design reviews, and safety and quality assurance.
- Provide technical leadership in resolving complex M&E issues across projects and operational assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, service providers, contractors, and consultants to review value engineering proposals, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money.
- Review consultants design proposals for functionality, operational efficiency, maintainability, and compliance for both existing buildings and new developments.
- Support tender evaluation, contract award, and project execution
- Manage budgets and expenditure for repair and maintenance works, long-term asset replacement planning, and capital expenditure projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant M&E experience with proven leadership experience in a Developer, Main Contractor, or M&E consultancy environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across major building services systems.
- Green building certifications (e.g. BCA Green Mark, LEED Professional) and Fire Safety Manager certification will be an advantage.
