Job Description

Corporate Strategy & M&A: Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment initiatives across multiple business units globally.
Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop robust financial models to evaluate potential targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities. Serve as the valuation expert to support strategic decision-making.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
Stakeholder Advisory: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business and functional heads to guide investment and strategic decisions.
Project Leadership: Take ownership of M&A and investment projects, managing execution across functional stakeholders and driving projects independently from planning to completion.
Strategic Insights: Advise on business expansion initiatives, partnerships, and high-profile corporate deals to unlock potential within existing businesses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with corporate teams, business units, and external advisors to ensure smooth deal execution and integration planning.
