This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a regional life and health reinsurance platform.

• Lead the technical analysis for complex portfolios to provide clients with strategic capital and risk transfer solutions.

• Support the expansion of the regional business by identifying and developing new market opportunities.

• Foster institutional partnerships and maintain high-level communication with global industry stakeholders.

• Translate technical actuarial findings into clear commercial advice for executive leadership teams.

• Collaborate across regional offices to ensure the successful delivery of integrated client solutions.

Skills and experience required

• At least 6 years of actuarial experience focused on life and health insurance or reinsurance.

• Prior background within a global advisory firm or a major international insurance provider.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in a client-facing or advisory capacity.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate high-stakes institutional negotiations.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on building scalable operating models in a dynamic market.
