What You'll Do
Reporting to the Director of Global Internal Communications, you will play an instrumental role in helping to inform, engage and inspire the organization's growing employee community
This role is a 12-month contract role and will be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and strategic internal communication campaigns that inform, engage, and inspire employees across functions and regions, ensuring consistent narratives and timely updates
- Own planning and execution for APAC regional town halls, product demos, and fireside chats
- Drive change communications for organizational updates, product rollouts, and company-wide initiatives
- Partner closely with External Comms, People & Talent, Marketing, Legal, Product, and regional leaders to coordinate message alignment and cascades
- Diversify our internal spokesperson bench and leverage a variety of voices consistently
- Manage vendors as needed for video editing, design, and events
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years in internal or external communications at high-growth, global companies (fintech or tech preferred)
- Ability to amplify your output by leveraging AI tools
- Strength in change communications, from planning to stakeholder alignment and measurement
- Strong project/program management skills with crisp execution and attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to problem solve, test and learn. The resilience to try and try again.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and the ability to reprioritize and quickly change gears.
