Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client from the shipping industry to hire for a Senior Manager, Internal Audit position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute integrated audit and advisory engagements across overseas and agency locations.
- Communicate audit findings clearly and persuasively, recommending corrective actions that make a real difference.
- Follow up on corrective steps alongside line management to close control gaps.
- Embrace up to 30% international travel to support a distributed operation.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as directed by senior leadership.
Requirements:
- A degree from a recognized university in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with a Big 4 audit firm, plus 6 years in Finance, Internal Audit, or Consulting.
- Prior experience in shipping or logistics audit, especially with shipping clients is a plus.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin, with ability to navigate audits in Mainland China or similar markets.
- Strong communication and collaborative abilities; youre detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability.
