Job Summary:
Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project governance, technical standards, and cost control processes.
Oversee contracts, managing budgets, tenders, payment claims, and variation orders.
Overseeing the preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts
Manage consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Liaising with legal office, consultants and contractors to foster good working relationships and resolve issues.
Conduct cost analysis, evaluate quotations, and monitor market trends to optimize project expenditure.
Support digitalization initiatives and Project Management Office activities.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for project stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and construction methods to ensure price relevance.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years experience in complex infrastructure or A&A projects, preferably in healthcare or commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of costing, measurement, and contract administration (PSSCOC/PSSCOC-Lite).
Familiarity with M&E works, local construction practices, market rates, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate across teams.
