[What the role is]
We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of the Infrastructure & Sustainability team in HSA.
[What you will be working on]
The core responsibilities include:
- Manage HSAs facilities, plants, buildings, and renovation projects
- Monitor and take proactive action to improve operating efficiency of facilities, plants, and equipment
- Conduct facilities and plant incident investigations and recommends preventive measures and process improvements
- Collate operational requirements and draft specifications for building maintenance and/ or project tenders
- Review quotations for ad hoc work before awarding contracts
- Conduct reviews with outsourced vendors regarding their maintenance standards and performance to ensure timely action and identify opportunities for further process improvements.
[What we are looking for]
We are looking for:
- Background in mechanical/electrical engineering, with minimum 8 years&apos work experience in facilities maintenance
- Experience in project management and/or working in a cleanroom, laboratory, office or healthcare environment
- Experience in handling or managing fire safety and building security for at least 3 years will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of building codes & regulations
- Familiarity with Government Procurement procedures, contract administration and AutoCAD would be advantageous
