Role Overview
This role serves as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that support organisational transformation, operational efficiency, and a high-performance culture. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions while playing a key role in change management and employee engagement across a diverse workforce, including blue-collar employee groups.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering & Operations
- Lead end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding
- Partner with stakeholders on manpower planning, workforce structuring, and organisational changes
- Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with business needs and regional practices
Change Management & Transformation
- Support and drive organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and process improvements
- Partner leadership teams to implement change strategies and enhance workforce adaptability
Performance & Talent Management
- Facilitate performance review cycles, goal setting, and development planning
- Support talent identification, succession planning, and capability building initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee matters, including performance issues and disciplinary cases
- Manage workplace concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across both white- and blue-collar workforce segments
Compensation, Benefits & HR Governance
- Support compensation and benefits administration in line with internal frameworks and market benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies
- Maintain and enhance HR policies, processes, and documentation
HR Systems & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting for decision-making
- Work closely with regional HR teams and external partners where required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Around 8+ years of well-rounded HR experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Proven experience supporting change management and transformation initiatives
- Comfortable managing a workforce that includes blue-collar employees
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
