Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
This role reports directly to the HR Director and serves as a key HR partner to management, driving effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives. The position is central to building a high‑performance culture, supporting talent development, and ensuring compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end‑to‑end HR activities from recruitment and onboarding to development and separation
- Support manpower planning, transfers, promotions, and compliance with employment regulations
Performance Management & Talent Support
- Coordinate performance review cycles, goal setting, and improvement plans
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives
Employee Relations & Advisory
- Advise managers on employee matters, performance issues, and disciplinary actions
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns professionally
Compensation, Benefits & Welfare
- Administer compensation, insurance, leave, and staff welfare programs
- Ensure alignment with market practices and internal policies
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Monitor employment law changes and update policies as needed
HR Systems & Stakeholder Support
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting
- Collaborate with regional HR teams, local management, and external vendors
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of prior relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proven experience in performance management and employee relations
- Experience in multinational or regional environments preferred
