Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage service and operations transformation initiatives within the healthcare setting
- Drive strategic planning and implementation of programmes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Support development and operationalisation of new and redeveloped healthcare facilities
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and coordination across design, operations, manpower, IT, and facility setup
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth implementation and change management
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and operational workplans
- Drive process improvement, digital adoption, and workflow optimisation initiatives
- Support workforce transformation and capability development efforts
- Contribute to healthcare and community care initiatives focused on patient activation and self-care
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor project teams and workgroups
- Perform other duties and strategic projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, transformation, project management, or process improvement
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in service transformation or operational improvement initiatives preferred
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
