Lead the development and execution of CHAGEEs APAC-wide culture strategy, aligning with business priorities and organizational transformation needs across countries. Translate culture from values into actionable frameworks that influence ways of working, decision-making, and leadership behaviors.
Own the end-to-end annual culture implementation roadmap, driving country-level localization and activation in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders. Ensure all programs are relevant, inclusive, and anchored in CHAGEEs strategic priorities.
Embed culture into core people processesincluding performance management, promotion, onboarding, leadership development, and internal communicationso that culture is not standalone but lived through every employee lifecycle touchpoint.
Design scalable cultural initiatives and rituals that connect frontline teams, store leaders, and corporate staff, including new store opening enablement, regional campaigns, flagship events, and APAC-wide recognition mechanisms.
Serve as a key partner to branding, HR, and operations teams to ensure culture is both visible and operationalshaping tone, behaviors, symbols, and everyday practices at the store and organizational level.
Act as the culture thought leader internally, creating strategic content, activation toolkits, and storytelling formats that deeply engage employees beyond surface-level messaging.
Build clear success metrics for cultural health and impact, and continuously iterate through feedback and business outcomes.
Role Requirements:
8+ years of experience in organizational culture, internal communications, employee experience, or HR strategywith proven regional experience across Asia-Pacific countries.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capability: able to design high-level frameworks while also driving hands-on activation across diverse markets and frontline settings.
Deep understanding of how to embed culture into organizational systems such as promotion, performance, leadership development, and reward mechanisms.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders across HR, branding, and business units.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a strong ability to synthesize complexity into clarity and relevance across cultural contexts.
Aesthetic and content sensibility: able to lead or guide the creation of high-quality internal campaigns, toolkits, and materials that reinforce culture visually and emotionally.
Agile, resilient, and highly organizedable to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-country retail environment.
Bachelors degree or above in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related fields; bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred for regional communication.
