wThe incumbent responsible for leading the Group's Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Occupational Health, Environmental Health, employee well-being, and safety culture initiatives. This role provides strategic direction, governance, and oversight to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across all business units

.The incumbent will develop, implement, and continuously enhance Group-wide TWSH strategies, policies, management systems, and programmes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards, and organisational objectives. Working closely with Business Units, operational teams, regulators, clients, and external stakeholders, the Senior Manager will drive continuous improvements in safety performance, risk management, occupational health, and employee well-being while fostering a strong and sustainable safety culture throughout the organisation

• ntDegree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Engineering or releva
• ntRegistered WS
• HOSpecialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or releva
• ntAt least 12 years of relevant WSH experien
• ceAt least 5 years in a group level safety management or leadership ro
• leISO 450001 Lead Auditor Certification has an advanta
• geFire Safety Manager, ECO, ECMO or relevant certifications will have an advanta
