The Senior Manager, Group Corporate Communications acts as deputy to the VP and is the senior strategic execution lead within the function. The role is accountable for shaping Fullerton Health's corporate reputation across its Asia Pacific markets, developing and delivering executive communications for the Group's senior leadership, and leading brand and corporate campaigns that support the Group's strategy. The role operates with a high degree of independent judgement, representing the function in fast-moving and high-stakes situations.
Responsibilities:
Executive Communications & Leadership Positioning
- Develop speeches, talking points, panel briefs, Q&A documents and thought leadership materials for senior leadership across regional and healthcare trade platforms.
- Build and maintain a consistent executive voice and narrative across markets, ensuring alignment between individual leader positioning and the Group's overall messaging house.
- Prepare leaders for high-profile appearances, including media interviews, industry panels, roundtables and government or institutional engagements.
Corporate Reputation, Media & Strategic Communications
- Lead communications planning and execution for major corporate transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships and joint press conferences across markets.
- Manage media relations end to end, including press release development, media monitoring analysis, journalist relationships and PR agency direction.
- Serve as a point of escalation for crisis and issues communications, developing holding statements, response frameworks and stakeholder mapping under time pressure.
- Support corporate reputation programmes that protect and build the Group's standing with internal and external stakeholders.
Brand, Campaigns & Digital Projects
- Lead branding initiatives, including corporate website projects and video productions from strategic brief through to delivery.
- Design and run integrated corporate campaigns that translate business priorities into coherent, multi-channel communications programmes.
- Partner with team members on content and digital execution, ensuring brand governance is applied consistently across Group and country channels.
Regional Governance & Network Management
- Drive communications governance across Fullerton Health's operating markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Papua New Guinea.
- Build and coordinate a country communications network, ensuring local execution reflects Group narrative, tone and brand standards.
Agency Oversight & Team Leadership
- Direct external partners (PR, brand, events, website, video and design vendors) against strategic briefs, timelines and budgets.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and interns, providing project oversight and quality control on deliverables.
- Represent the function on strategic and operational matters as required, including cross-departmental and leadership discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs or public relations, including senior individual contributor or team leadership experience.
- Regional experience across Asia Pacific markets strongly preferred; healthcare, financial services or other regulated industry experience is an advantage.
- Track record of managing executive communications and media relations at a group or corporate headquarters level.

- Excellent writing and editorial judgement, with the ability to produce polished executive-ready materials under tight timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, credible in front of C-suite executives, regional market leaders and external partners.
- Sound crisis and issues management instincts, calm and decisive under pressure.
- Project leadership skills, able to run multiple concurrent workstreams spanning brand, media, digital and events.
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while keeping the VP and Head of Group Corporate Communications informed on strategic matters.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, financial services or other regulated industries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
