Job Description

Role Purpose

The Business Reporting & Intelligence Manager leads global sales reporting and analytics activities to enable data-driven decision-making across the Sales & Marketing organization.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring stability, harmonization, and ongoing evolution of global sales reporting and forecasting frameworks across a complex, multi‑regional, multi‑system environment. It acts as a key integrator between Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Digital/IT functions, translating business needs into scalable analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Reporting & Harmonization

  • Lead the harmonization of sales and business reporting across a multi-region, multi-system landscape, including standardization of KPIs, data definitions, and governance models across global sales
  • Harmonize KPIs, data definitions, and governance models across regions within an integrated ERP/CRM/reporting ecosystem.
  • Ensure alignment of reporting outputs with company targets and executive management requirements.
  • Provide customized reports for top management programs (booking, billing, pricing optimization).

2. Sales Reporting Systems, Architecture & Analytics Tools

  • Lead the development and enhancement of sales-related reporting and analytics tools in collaboration with DTIT.
  • Actively assess system interdependencies across ERP, CRM, and BI platforms to ensure robust and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Prioritize and translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions, balancing speed, governance, and sustainability.
  • Contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives related to sales data, analytics, and reporting automation.

3. Billing Forecast & Demand Coordination (S&OE / S&OP)

  • Drive harmonization of billing forecast methodologies across global sales organizations.
  • Orchestrate global S&OE and S&OP processes across Sales, Central Supply Chain, and Demand Planning, ensuring aligned forecasting assumptions and reconciling financial and operational views.
  • Ensure clear ownership, robust decision‑making frameworks, and effective cross‑functional alignment to drive execution within a complex global matrix organization.

4. Advanced Business Analysis & Executive Reporting

  • Deliver regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) business performance reporting at global level.
  • Conduct in‑depth pricing, sales performance, and revenue analysis.
  • Translate complex datasets into executive‑level insights influencing pricing decisions, commercial strategy, and revenue optimization.
  • Prepare senior‑level presentations and analytical narratives for executive leadership, including the President of Sales & Marketing.

5. Cross-functional Project Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and coordinate additional sales data and analytics initiatives as identified by management.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical experts.
  • Build, document, and transfer reporting and analytics capabilities to regional and local teams to ensure long‑term sustainability.


Skills & Experience

  • 8-10+ years of experience in business reporting, analytics, and sales performance management within a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in harmonizing global reporting frameworks, including KPI standardization and data governance across regions in semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP / S&OE processes, with hands‑on experience coordinating across sales, supply chain, and demand planning functions in semiconductor industry.
  • Experience working with integrated ERP/CRM/BI ecosystems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Prisma/Modeln, Vision, Sales Force/ValorX, or equivalent), with solid awareness of underlying data models, data architecture, and system dependencies impacting sales reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to own, stabilize, and evolve existing global reporting and forecasting frameworks in complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, executive‑level insights supporting commercial and pricing decisions.
  • Experience operating in highly matrixed, cross‑regional environments, managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Track record in driving digital transformation initiatives related to sales data, analytics, and reporting automation.
  • Experience in building and transferring reporting and analytics capabilities to regional or local teams.
