Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategise NSC manpower and staff engagement initiative to support organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic plans involving HR functions, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals and effective implementation across all departments.
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team, providing guidance on complex HR matters, performance management, and professional management.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively whilst ensuring quality standards and consistency in HR service delivery across the team.
  • Supervise the payroll and pay administration process for NSC.
  • Ensure compliance to all NHG/ NSC policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage the manpower sufficiency for all departments by ensuring timely fulfilment of vacancies through strategic recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and develop proactive solutions to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Manage the training and development portfolio for NSC by establishing a complete training record, managing the approval framework and rebuilding the Learning Needs Analysis process.
  • Main point of contact for all administration matters with Group HR and NSC Departments.
  • Undertake the HRIS role for NSC
  • Drive wellness activities and oversee wellbeing domains, developing and implementing programmes that support employee health, engagement, and work-life balance.
  • Monitor wellness metrics and continuously improve initiatives based on employee feedback and organisational needs.
  • Participate in NSC Committees as assigned.
  • Participate in Group HR Workgroups/Committees as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of HR management experience
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of staff
  • Knowledge of computer software eg. MS Office, HRIS system such as SAP, SuccessFactor
  • Professional and approachable
