MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategise NSC manpower and staff engagement initiative to support organisational objectives.
- Oversee the execution of strategic plans involving HR functions, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals and effective implementation across all departments.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team, providing guidance on complex HR matters, performance management, and professional management.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively whilst ensuring quality standards and consistency in HR service delivery across the team.
- Supervise the payroll and pay administration process for NSC.
- Ensure compliance to all NHG/ NSC policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the manpower sufficiency for all departments by ensuring timely fulfilment of vacancies through strategic recruitment and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and develop proactive solutions to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Manage the training and development portfolio for NSC by establishing a complete training record, managing the approval framework and rebuilding the Learning Needs Analysis process.
- Main point of contact for all administration matters with Group HR and NSC Departments.
- Undertake the HRIS role for NSC
- Drive wellness activities and oversee wellbeing domains, developing and implementing programmes that support employee health, engagement, and work-life balance.
- Monitor wellness metrics and continuously improve initiatives based on employee feedback and organisational needs.
- Participate in NSC Committees as assigned.
- Participate in Group HR Workgroups/Committees as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of HR management experience
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of staff
- Knowledge of computer software eg. MS Office, HRIS system such as SAP, SuccessFactor
