About the Opportunity
A leading global investor services and fund administration provider is seeking a Senior Manager - Fund Administration to join their Singapore team. This is a key leadership role within the reporting division, providing full fund administration services to a flagship Asia-focused multi billion real estate private equity fund with investments across the region
You will lead a high-performing team and serve as the primary operational contact for VIP clients. This role offers exceptional exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional fund structures and the opportunity to collaborate with regional teams across Asia and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Operations & Administration
- Lead full fund administration from SPV accounting through fund consolidation for Luxembourg-domiciled fund structures
- Oversee NAV production, validation, and reporting in coordination with the Luxembourg fund administrator
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS/INREV)
- Manage fee calculations including waterfall, incentive fees, and investor schedules
- Coordinate audit processes with Luxembourg and Singapore auditors, including AFS preparation
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence
- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all client reporting requirements
Team Leadership
- Supervise and develop a team of 2 direct reports
- Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment with a hands-on leadership style
- Coordinate with regional teams.
Process Improvement
- Champion automation and technology adoption to drive operational efficiency
- Participate in system implementation and enhancement projects
- Contribute to standardisation initiatives across the broader fund platform
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting/administration with 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Real Estate Private Equity fund experience - understanding of both RE consolidation and PE fund structures is essential
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/INREV consolidation, NAV calculations, and investor reporting
- Experience with waterfall calculations, incentive fees, and fund documentation
- Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
- Experience with Yardi or similar fund administration systems
