  • Lead commercial activities associated with mobilisation, commissioning, acceptance testing and charter commencement.
  • Translate contractual obligations into practical operational and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate closely with technical, marine, operations, engineering, HSSE, finance, legal and scheduling teams.
  • Support the optimisation of LNG throughput and terminal utilisation.
  • Assess commercial implications of cargo schedule changes, maintenance windows and operational disruptions.

  • Lead management of contractual claims, disputes and commercial settlements.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual and financial risks.
  • Act as the primary commercial interface with the vessel owner/operator.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in LNG, shipping, offshore, maritime or energy infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing Time Charter Parties (TCPs) or long-term maritime service agreements.
  • Strong understanding of LNG shipping / maritime commercial operations.
  • Experience with FSRUs, LNG carriers, LNG terminals or offshore energy projects would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with shipowners, vessel operators and other maritime stakeholders.
  • Strong contract management, claims, risk and commercial negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience in project development, commissioning or operational readiness would be an advantage.
