Job Description & Requirements
- Manage full time and part-time sales & marketing executives to promote our business to customers
- Maintain effective liaison and coordination with overseas sources of supply, especially foreign employment agencies in Myanmar or Indonesia or the Philippines
- Provide client support in aligning their requirements and expectations by using strong consultation and negotiation skills
- Identify and develop new customers through professional networking and various marketing channels.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Degree + Min 5 years related work experience
- Applicants must have a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
- Passion for sales and a strong will to succeed in the employment agency business.
- Result-oriented and sales-focused.
- Excellent marketing and sales skills.
- Able to multi-task and perform under stress.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good people skills and the cultural awareness to manage a diverse team of sales & marketing executives
. We expect the candidate to have adequate competence to speak one foreign language to communicate with migrant domestic workers or the company's overseas collaborators
