This role entails strong supporting role to BSAPIC Management and Regional Head Office (RHO) Functions to coordinate within all BSAPIC Functions and GCs to provide high quality financial management reporting to BSAPIC management covering budgets, plans and quick simulations, with specific focus on 27MBP (budget and plan coverage for five years from 2027-2031). This role will first and foremost work closely with the RHO FP&A, RHO Corporate Planning (CP)/ Business Planning (BP) teams, as well as BSJ Finance to ensure smooth progress and connection throughout the roadmap for 27MBP. This position will play a critical role to ensure smooth processes and efficient connection between all the stakeholders, including all departments in the RHO and group company finance, leading towards financial and management reporting for strategic and operational management purposes, and meeting reporting deadlines and requirements to GHO for Quarterly Forecasts, R&O and 27MBP.
Key Responsibilities
. Coordinate BSAPIC 27MBP enterprise process for budgets and plans covering mid-term to long-term):
- Be up-to-speed and understand reporting requirements from global functions
- Work with RHO FP&A to understand inputs required to develop financial figures, simulations and scenarios
- Propose the appropriate process and level of involvement of Functions and GCs to meet the requirements and drive the discussions with BSAPIC CEO and CFO, and RHO CP towards timely decision making
- Coordinate with all Functions to ensure alignment of process and deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with plan, and develop revised plans to handle unplanned events or situations
- Work closely with CP, BP, RHO FP&A and RHO Functional teams to plan, arrange and revise if required for appropriate BSAPIC internal reporting and meeting schedules and calendar
- Coordinate with RHO Supply Chain (SC) on timing of inter-SBU/intra-SBU plan revisions for agile and efficient updates, including Factory Cost updates, throughout 27MBPfinancial plan life cycle
- Align with RHO Human Resources (HR) for efficient and accurate reporting for Headcount, Payroll assumptions, Rebuilding items in 27MBP
. Promote digital transformation for forecasts, budgets and plans (mid-term, long term)
- Contribute to the system development for data driven approach by reflecting the required insight from enterprise perspective
- Develop efficient & effective report that users & CAP management could easily access
- Be core member of Global projects relating to digital transformation for financial planning
. Design models to provide repetitive quick financial simulation and scenario to support Management with financial impact for determination of action and decision-making:
- For regularly updated factor, including but not limited to volume (both sale and production),RMI, FX assumptions
- Plan and organize updates of factors with BSJ, Functions and GCs as required
- Monitor accuracy of model and identify areas to revise and improve simulation formulas and assumptions
. Design and improve the BSAPIC R&O process with close coordination with RHOFP&A, CP and Corporate Strategy (CS)
. Other activities:
- Provide guidance to senior/junior staff to improve capability of finance team
- On request to participate in any projects to improve entity/group companies job functions and processes (e.g. system automation, streamline work procedure, policies etc.)
- Provide guidance and support to group companies Finance
- Liaise and support to RHO accounting team, consolidation team
Job Requirements
- Degree in accountancy/professional accounting qualification or its equivalent
- At least 10-15 years of commercial FP&A and Accounting experience
- MNC experience and exposure, especially working with the APAC region
- Fluent in English writing and communication
- Dynamic personality with positive attitude and self-motivated
- Strong planning skills and well organized
- Team player and proactive attitude
