Job Summary
Provide financial insights and partner with business units to drive growth through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis in a dynamic real estate environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver market and business insights to support financial modelling for business proposals and decision-making
- Analyze monthly financial results and business drivers to explain variances against budget and forecasts
- Manage the annual budgeting process, incorporating economic indicators and market trends to prepare accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with business units to develop strategies and recommendations that enhance growth and profitability
- Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results to support business reporting requirements
- Act as a business partner to managers by managing sales and cost performance effectively
- Support the establishment and monitoring of KPIs for business units, regions, divisions, and key initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- CPA or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 3 years in external audit
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
