Work you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of PMI and finance transformation engagements
• Drive advisory business development - identify client whitespace, shape proposals, lead SOW scoping and pricing discussions
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with CFO and finance leadership
• Manage engagement economics including budget, margin, and resourcing
• Integrate cross-service offerings (PMI, Operate, Tax, Technology) into broader deal structures
• Contribute to thought leadership through POVs, credentials, and case studies
• Support recruiting and development of Managers and Consultants

Requirements

• 9 to 13 years of experience in management consulting, Finance leadership, and/or large scale Finance Transformation delivery.
• Proven track record leading complex Finance Transformation programs at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience supporting or leading sales pursuits and managing engagement economics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• Demonstrated commitment to talent development and inclusive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline; MBA and/or CPA/CA/CFA preferred
