  • Lead the consolidation and reporting for Fund Management & Investment Group of entities: Supervise and review the segment consolidation and support in the preparation of financial and management reporting of the Group, in accordance with group accounting policies.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Perform financial planning and analysis work, including providing detailed variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reports, board papers, and other external reporting requirements.
  • Prepare cashflow projections, quarterly forecast and annual budget for area of accountability.
  • Review and assess the accounting treatment of investment and divestment transactions undertaken by the platform, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and Group policies.
  • Support the Platform Finance Business Partner Lead in the annual review and amendment of the Financial Authorisation Limits.
  • Review existing procedures and systems and identify opportunities in process improvement, system enhancement, automation and digitalization.
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
  • Review of draft audited financial statements
  • Coordinate, review and submissions of regulatory filings and industry/regulatory surveys, including MAS Financial Sector Incentive (FSI) filings, for fund management entities.

Job Requirements

  • Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA
  • 12 to 15 years of relevant working experience, ideally with initial years in a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience, performing similar roles and duties
  • Displays positive attitude, team player, meticulous and the ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Able to work independently and possess good communication skills
  • Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 and OneStream would be advantageous
  • Must be able and willing to accept intra-department or inter-division transfers/job rotations, and henceforth changes in work scope and responsibilities
