Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation and management of facility and energy-saving initiatives mechanical systems.
- Lead expansion and optimization projects manage team and contractors to ensure safe, reliable system operation.
- Handle cost center budgets for Capex, expenses, and headcounts including planning, review, tracking, and reporting ensure spending stays within limits.
- Plan, lead, execute, monitor, and control facility expansion/optimization projects.
- Guide the mechanical team and provide regular management updates.
- Work with system owners to track operations, ensure smooth running with effective preventive maintenance.
- Handle problem-solving, incident reports, contract renewals, parts tracking/ordering, invoice verification, and energy usage reporting.
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals, mentor and coach team to meet annual goals and KPIs, provide training to improve performance.
- Act as consultant and facilitator for complex issues use analytical approaches to provide expert input promote team collaboration.
- Ensure compliance and maintain performance standards, lead by example establish and maintain project plans, operating procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Master's or Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years in a similar role working in facilities management within semiconductor manufacturing plants.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Works independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Energy Manager is preferred.
