Our escape room shop has grown and we are looking for a senior manager to overlook the performance of managers, supervisors and part timers. At the same time, to grow and scale the business to new heights. This role requires the individual to be able to run the entire operations end to end, as we believe a true good leader is one who can walk the talk.
Responsibilities:
- Overlooking and Managing opening and closing of the escape room shop
- Managing the service quality and efficiency in operations of the shop
- Brief customers and corporate clients of the game rules and what to expect when they experience our escape room games
- Organise, manage and host corporate team building events and birthdays
- Overlook the junior managers response to corporate clients in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring all staff are performing according to KPIs
- Cashiering and checking of part-timers cashiering transactions
- Creating bookings for corporate clients
- Develop seasonal promotion ideas for management to consider
- Ensure the premises is kept clean
- Ensure all props and gadgets are kept clean and in good working condition
- Train and develop new staff in operations or fine tune the junior managers methods of training
- Meet with clients on-site to showcase the operations in an event set up
- Able to work shift hours
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (if needed), however this role is likely to be a weekday position
- Able to work late hours, if needed (past midnight)
- Able to cover shifts of staff who do not turn up for work (junior managers would be the first in line to cover shifts before the person that takes up this position)
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
- 3 years of working experience with at least 1 year of holding a managerial position
- Fluent in English
- Responsible and high levels of integrity
- Independent but also possess excellent leadership qualities to manage the staff
- Oustanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great initiative and problem solving skills - (dont burry problems under the carpet attitude)
Remuneration:
$4,000 to $6,000 basic + commissions
