Join our client, an established organization within the education/institutional sector who is currently seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Estates (Campus Development) to join their dynamic team and play a key role in driving the planning, execution and upkeep of building services for campus infrastructure and facilities.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of M&E works (ACMV, fire protection, lifts/escalators) across infrastructure, addition and alteration works, and fit-out projects.
- Drive early-stage planning including feasibility, budgeting, and design coordination with consultants and stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, cost control, and design compliance to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage procurement activities, from tendering through to contract award and administration.
- Track site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve defects prior to handover.
- Coordinate stakeholder requirements, including move-in planning for completed spaces.
- Support ad hoc responsibilities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure all works meet statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
What you will need
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Possess minimum 6 years of relevant experience in building consultancy and/or project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and CAD software programmes
- Experienced in layout and design, including ability to read design plans
- Possess good knowledge of ACMV, building development, regulations, building management system, plumbing and sanitary, vertical transportation and fire protection systems.
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior Manager position
