Job Description

We are seeking a dedicatedprofessional with a passion for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), combinedwith a strong commitment to Sustainability. This role offers the opportunity tolead and advance Emerson's Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainabilityagenda across Asia Pacific. You will provide strategic and hands-on leadershipto strengthen a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory and corporatecompliance, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Emerson's values ofinnovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.

In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:

. Lead the development, implementation, andcontinuous improvement of HSE and sustainability programs to ensure a safe,healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.

. Drive risk reduction initiatives to preventinjuries, incidents, and environmental impacts while protecting people,property, and the environment.

. Monitor, analyze, and communicate HSEperformance using leading and lagging indicators to support data-informeddecision-making.

. Provide subject matter expertise and ownershipfor implementing tools, standards, training, and proven practices across theorganization.

. Ensure ISO certification through effectiveaudits and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

. Partner with leaders to embed HSEaccountability and cultivate a positive, inclusive safety culture.

. Ensure new projects obtain all required HSEauthorizations and permits prior to execution.

. Lead incident assessments, investigations,root cause validation, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

. Champion sustainability initiatives, includingenergy conservation, waste minimization, emissions reduction strategies, andprogress toward Net Zero goals.

. Responsibilities for Asia Pacific includes:

o Represent Asia Pacific in global HSE meetings,translate global directives into regional actions, and collaborate closely withregional and country safety committees, business units, and leadership teams.

o Harmonize and standardize Asia Pacific HSEprocesses, promoting collaboration and sharing of proven practices.

o Serve as Asia Pacific system administrator forHSE platforms (e.g. Velocity and Environment Health Safety (ENHESA) regulatorycompliance, and risk management audit tools), mentoring key users andsupporting inspections and audits across the Asia Pacific region.

For This Role, You Will Need:

. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree orequivalent experience in Engineering / Safety Science / Occupational Health orrelated technical field will be considered.

. 7 or more years experience in HSE role.

. Practical knowledge of HSE regulatorycompliance and industry trends.

. Knowledge of Country general safety policiesand procedures.

. Experience in auditing from an EHSSperspective is considered an advantage.

. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH(IGC or Diploma) are strongly preferred. Other internationally recognizedcertifications, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or CertifiedIndustrial Hygienist (CIH) will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart:

. Experience in using technology, devices, andtraining techniques related to HSE.

. Ability to influence and challenge currentpractices through process knowledge and personal relationships.
