The Senior Manager/Director,Enterprise Software & Applications (APAC/EMEA) is responsible for developing and executing the Group's enterprise applications strategy across the APAC and EMEA regions. This leadership role oversees a portfolio of core enterprise systemsincluding ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance Reporting system, and other business applicationsto ensure they are scalable, secure, well-governed, and aligned with global business and IT objectives.
Based in Singapore, the Director serves as the regional applications leader and strategic partner to both business and IT stakeholders. This role is part of the Global IT leadership team and collaborates closely with regional executive teams to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across the Group's enterprise platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the refinement, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Reporting, etc.) to maximize business value.
- Enhance integration, data quality, and system performance to support better business insights and operational resilience
- Drive the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and automation technologies to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and unlock new business value.
- Strengthen governance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management across all enterprise platforms.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process re-engineering and to implement enhancements that improve user experience and productivity
- Oversee vendor management by ensuring effective SLAs, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and innovation delivery from technology partners

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, including significant experience in managing and improving enterprise applications at a multinational organization
- Proven track record of optimizing and evolving ERP/CRM/Finance systems to meet changing business needs.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance and vendor management.
- Regional leadership experience in APAC and/or EMEA highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
