The Role: Operations at the heart of insurance M&A and transformation - establishing the PMO and leading Post-Merger Integration

What You'll Do: Programme PMO (governance, planning, RAID, financials, executive reporting), PMI across policy admin/claims/underwriting support/new business/customer service/back-office, Day 1 & Day 100 readiness, TSA management and exit, Target Operating Model design, synergy/benefits realisation

equirements

• 12-18+ years of consulting or industry experience within the Insurance sector.
• Proven experience delivering Insurance M&A, business separation, carve-out, integration, or transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Insurance operating models across:Life Insurance Health Insurance General Insurance Group & Employee Benefits Bancassurance
• Strong knowledge of core insurance platforms Operations process operating model.
• Experience delivering Day 1 readiness, TSA governance, TSA exit, and post-merger integration initiatives.
• Experience managing complex business and technology transformation programs within regulated insurance environments.
• Strong executive stakeholder management with experience engaging CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and Heads of Transformation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with a leading consulting firm, insurance advisory practice, or insurer transformation office.
• Experience supporting insurer acquisitions, divestitures, portfolio transfers, or bancassurance transactions.
• Familiarity with MAS or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
