As a Senior Manager, you will be a driving strategy, building capability, and setting the cultural tone across the team. You will lead with influence, helping to grow APAC's centre of excellence while championing bold, digital-first thinking.

Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel
- Own and elevate senior client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor with the ability to navigate complex client environments and provide forward-looking counsel
- Lead high-impact campaign and project development from brief through execution, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence at every stage
- Drive organic account growth by identifying opportunities to expand scope, deepen client partnerships, and demonstrate measurable value
- Champion and contribute to new business development from credentials to pitches bringing fresh thinking and a competitive edge
- Demonstrate a confident, applied understanding of the integrated communications landscape: earned, owned, paid, social, and emerging digital channels
People Leadership & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers, executives, and specialists creating an environment where talent thrives and careers grow
- Set the standard for quality, operational rigour, and digital fluency across the team
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and innovation upskilling team members and driving collective capability uplift
- Model collaborative behaviours that bring together strategists, writers, designers, and producers toward shared outcomes
Business & Financial Management
- Demonstrate strong command of financial management: revenue, profitability, pricing, utilisation, realisation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage client budgets, resource allocation, and team utilisation with precision and foresight
- Contribute to meeting office-wide revenue targets through sound financial planning and proactive client engagement
- Maintain strict project management disciplines overseeing execution timelines, deliverable quality, and stakeholder alignment
Digital Specialism & Capability Building
- Lead the development of integrated social and digital strategies, from research and insight through to execution and optimisation
- Strategise, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across the full funnel setup, management, reporting, and iteration
- Bring strong writing sensibility with the ability to craft platform-native copy and content that drives engagement
- Maintain fluency across native platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) and social management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
- Leverage social listening, analytics, and SEO tools including Talkwalker, Socialbakers, Google/Adobe Analytics, WordPress, and keyword tools to surface insight and guide strategy
- Design, monitor, and report on KPIs and measurement frameworks that demonstrate client impact
- Contribute actively to building new capabilities, improving processes, and shaping best practices across the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or integrated communications including digital campaign management, digital media, paid performance, and/or digital consulting
- Proven track record of leading and executing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok) and digital advertising channels (SEM, display, paid social)
- Strong grounding in PR, earned media, and integrated communications principles with the ability to connect paid, owned, and earned thinking
- Data-driven mindset with a sophisticated understanding of analytics across digital channels; able to synthesise multi-source data into clear, actionable insights and client-ready narratives
- Demonstrated success in people management, mentoring, and coaching with the ability to develop talent and lift team performance
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and present innovative digital strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable growth
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing client budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the adaptability and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Passion for digital-first, performance-led communications and a genuine curiosity for what's next
- Comfortable working across diverse, multicultural teams and client environments across APAC
