Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective integration strategies for consistent communication between various systems and applications. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers and integration managers, to achieve integration objectives. Develop integration solutions utilizing APIs, middleware, and other technologies to facilitate efficient data flow. Oversee the incorporation of new technologies within the existing IT framework. Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure system reliability and optimal performance. Collaborate with development teams to set integration best practices and standards. Work closely with Product, Business, Infrastructure, and IT Security teams to implement architectural and operational advancements. Create detailed documentation relating to enterprise architecture, integration designs, and associated processes. Ensure accountability for deliverables and maintain appropriate governance forums. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are advantageous. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Strong knowledge of integration technologies and platforms. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experienced with Mulesoft Cloudhub, AnyPoint Platform, and Runtime Fabric is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies is desirable.
