- You will lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across major platforms like Meta, Google and TikTok to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- You are responsible for managing the organization's social media presence, overseeing content calendars and using storytelling to boost audience engagement.
- A core part of the role involves tracking campaign performance through tools like GA4 to provide data-driven insights and optimize ROI
- You will also spearhead digital channel growth by enhancing website performance, SEO/SEM initiatives and the overall customer journey.
- Collaborative leadership is essential, as you will manage agencies, creators and internal stakeholders to ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and business priorities.
Skills Sets:
- Min 10 years of experience with proven track record in managing digital strategies for complex lifestyle ecosystems or integrated community hubs
- Possess the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
