We are seeking a senior transformation leader to drive Delivery Transformation & Operational Excellence across Information Systems.
This is not a project management or PMO role. You will partner with Domain Owners, Engineering Managers, TPMs, Product teams, and Delivery leaders to improve delivery predictability, reduce organizational friction, strengthen DevOps maturity, and embed modern, AI-enabled ways of working across the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) landscape.
Success in this role is measured by measurable improvements in delivery effectiveness, engineering flow, automation, operational resilience, and organizational capability. Acting as a catalyst for change, you will help teams continuously improve how they build, deliver, and operate technology at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Transformation & Operational Excellence
- Improve delivery predictability, flow, and execution effectiveness across domains
- Identify and remove systemic bottlenecks, dependencies, and organizational friction
- Strengthen domain ownership and accountability within the domain-based operating model
Engineering & Delivery Effectiveness
- Drive adoption of DORA metrics and other flow-based measures to improve delivery performance
- Reduce delivery waste, rework, and manual operational overhead through automation and process improvements
- Improve release readiness, deployment practices, and operational resilience across teams
AI-Enabled Delivery
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted delivery, knowledge management, and operational workflows
- Introduce practical AI governance, guardrails, and operating principles
- Pilot and scale AI-enabled capabilities that improve productivity, quality, and decision-making
Transformation & Change Leadership
- Orchestrate cross-functional change across Engineering, Product, TPM, QA, DevOps, and Operations
- Translate strategic goals into executable transformation roadmaps
- Coach teams and leaders on modern delivery, Agile, DevOps, and operational excellence practices
- Introduce new ways of working that strengthen ownership, autonomy, and accountability
- Balance strategy with hands-on execution when needed
Capability Building & Enablement
- Build reusable playbooks, frameworks, and standards that improve delivery maturity
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across domains and teams
- Support implementation and adoption of delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, AI platforms, and workflow automation solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Agile, TPM, PMP, DevOps, SAFe, or Transformation certifications preferred
Experience
- 12+ years in technology delivery, TPM, transformation, engineering effectiveness, Agile transformation, DevOps transformation, or operational excellence roles
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational or delivery transformations at scale
- Experience improving delivery operating models across multiple teams or domains
- Proven track record coaching delivery, engineering, or product organizations
- Experience driving measurable improvements in delivery performance and organizational effectiveness
- Experience working across complex stakeholder environments
